Classic Mint Spritz
A refreshing ‘ahh’ cocktail perfect for a spring evening on the deck with friends.

Ingredients: 30ml Belvedere vodka, 30ml Vermouth Bianco, 3 lemon slices, 2 lime slices, Sparkling water and tonic water & Springs of mint
Fill a spritz glass with ice and add the vodka, vermouth, lemon and lime. Top with equal parts sparkling water and tonic water and finish with a couple of sprigs of fresh mint.
Classic Martini
The all-time classic cocktail with just two ingredients, perfect for pre-dinner drinks on an elegant date night. Remember you can also turn this into an Espresso martini!

Ingredients: 60ml Belvedere vodka & 7.5ml Dry vermouth
Combine the spirits in a mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange twist.
Polska Mary
Belvedere’s twist on the classic Bloody Mary, this spicy cocktail is perfect for breakfast dates and picnic brunches.

Ingredients: 45ml Belvedere Vodka, 20ml tomato juice, 20ml passata, 20ml beetroot juice, 10ml lemon Juice, 10ml Worcestershire sauce, 3 dashes Tabasco, Pinch celery salt & 1 lemon wedge
Add all ingredients to a highball glass, fill with ice and stir to mix. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Old Town Fizz
A bright, citrus cocktail that can be made in a matter of minutes with no skills required.

Ingredients: 40ml Belvedere vodka, 15ml Sparkling wine, 20ml Lime, 15ml Honey water, 6 mint leaves, Dash of angostura & Lime wheel
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker, give a good shake and then fine strain into a coupe glass, making sure there are no mint leaves. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lime wheel.
